Junaid ur Rehman
Chief Strategy & Finance Officer
Junaid ur Rehman joined Alkaram Studio in 2022 as Head of Finance, drawn to their focus on developing emerging talent. He chose Chartered Accountancy for its career growth and corporate access, completing his articles at KPMG. He progressed rapidly, becoming Finance Manager and then Financial Controller at a retail fashion brand, before joining Alkaram. He attributes his success to hard work and his parents’ support.

Ashaar Saeed
Chief Human Resource Officer
Ashaar Saeed brings with his more than two decades of diverse industry experience, having worked in multiple sectors of the industry. He led comprehensive HR functions, overseeing policy development and implementation, nationwide talent and performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
Currently, Ashaar is collaborating with Alkaram Studio to design impactful HR and Administration strategies, develop policies, enhance processes, and foster transparency and collaboration within our company culture. His expertise and dedication contribute significantly to our ongoing efforts to strengthen our organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Nida Siddiqui
GM E-Commerce
Nida Siddiqui started off her career as a digital strategist. She decided to set foot in the E-Commerce industry after she realized that numbers, innovation and pressure on YOY entices her. What keeps her going is the continuous learning process that comes with the ongoing technological advancements along with the obligation to continuously adapt.
Nida joined Alkaram Studio back in May, 2022. She describes the culture of Alkaram Studio to be very progressive, friendly and non-toxic, as a result of which she easily gelled in it. Being a risk taker by nature, Alkaram Studio is a great fit, the culture here promotes experimenting in order to heap fruitful results.
She started her career in the E-Commerce industry in a startup and laddered up to the brand side; from structuring and developing operational procedures for the E-Business, she has had a flavor of them all. Hence, we knew that Nida Siddiqui will be a value addition and an ideal fit for the role of re-structuring and the development of Alkaram Studio’s E-business.

Obaid commenced his professional journey in the banking domain, but subsequently made a conscious decision to switch to the fashion retail industry. His intention behind this transition was to expand his expertise and understanding by venturing into a different sector while leveraging his existing skillset. He was propelled by a strong aspiration for self-development and a yearning for transformation. Overall, his journey has taken him through various industries and roles, locally and abroad, providing him with diverse experiences and valuable skills.
Obaid joined Alkaram Studio because its organizational culture and opportunities for career and skill growth aligned with his personal values and preferences.
Warda Saud
Head of Creative Design
Wardah began her professional journey in the fashion and textile design industry, driven by her passion for creativity and innovation. With a background from Indus Valley School of Arts & Architecture, she explored various roles in textile design, working with renowned brands like Khaadi and contributing to international projects. Her career path reflects her aspiration for growth and transformation, allowing her to gain diverse experiences and valuable skills.
Wardah joined the fashion industry because its creative landscape and opportunities for skill enhancement aligned with her personal values and professional ambitions.

Shahid holds MBA in MIS & is a certified Project Management professional. With 24 years of experience, his professional journey includes roles with Confiz, NDure, Shoe Planet & Warid Telecom.
Shahid joined Alkaram in October 2024 and is driving digital transformation to deliver exceptional values. His focus is on leveraging cutting-edge technologies, optimizing processes and empowering teams for operational excellence.
