• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and local cybersecurity regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contracts for IT infrastructure services.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing technical guidance, training, and performance management.
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance metrics to proactively address issues and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business needs and digital transformation goals.
• Implement security measures to protect IT assets from cyber threats, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Prepare and manage budgets for IT infrastructure projects and operations.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

· 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including cloud computing, storage, networking, and cybersecurity.
· Hands-on experience with data center operations and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
· Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, security protocols, and enterprise IT architecture.
· Proven leadership and team management skills.
· Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
· Certifications such as CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or ITIL.
· Experience in managing enterprise applications, databases, and large-scale IT projects.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

· Bachelors or Masters in the Information Technology Domain

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :·

· Head VM function and manage store VM nationwide
· Create and implement VM guidelines and manuals
· Standardization of product displays
· Take initiatives to improve customer experience
· Enhance store aesthetics
· Make changes to improve sales and customer navigation
· Liaise with projects team for in store design
· Train store managers on VM guidelines and conduct VM Audits
· Plan and order store NTIS related to VM, store design and customer experience
· Manage everyday VM reporting
· Assist in in-store customer feedback on VM and store experience
· Ensure that VM guidelines are standardized across all stores and troubleshooting is done with agility
